These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of StaySync, a service provided by bridge LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to all use of the service. Additional terms in an order form or separate agreement may also apply.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. We may refuse or revoke access that violates these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate others’ rights or applicable law.

4. Fees

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are as stated in your plan or contract.

5. Intellectual property

The service and its content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited right to use the service as permitted by these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited as set forth in your agreement and applicable law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate as described in your subscription terms or applicable agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts at our principal place of business have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
